Menapians AC, based around Wilf's Field in Wexford, is an athletics club for young athletes and adults, with coaching across track and field, road running, cross country and mountain running. Training includes interval and steady sessions for teens and adults at Wilf's Field, plus youth and adult throwing sessions at Rosslare. There is also an introduction to running through Fit4Life and a FUNdamental running programme for children aged 7+ at Presentation School.
