Founded in 2017 by Ashley Dettmer, Wild Prairie Yoga started as a small studio above the Trochu Arena before expanding to its current location in Three Hills in 2021. In 2020, ownership was transferred to Katrina Fewer, a certified yoga instructor who has brought her passion for fitness and wellness to the studio.
At Wild Prairie Yoga Cycle Fitness, we offer a wide variety of exercise formats to suit every individuals needs and preferences. Our team of certified instructors includes Ashley, Jordana, Sarah, Brit, Alana, Becky, and, of course, Katrina. Whether youre looking for a challenging yoga session, an intense group fitness class, or a fun indoor cycle workout, we have something for everyone.
Our studio is a warm, welcoming space where people of all skill levels can come together to work on their physical and mental well-being. We believe in creating a supportive community that motivates and encourages each other to reach their fitness goals.
