Led by the charismatic and experienced trainer, Mark, Wilder Wellbeing offers a variety of fitness classes, including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength & Conditioning, and Specialist Postnatal Mum & Baby Classes. Additionally, they run a weekly Trail Run Club to get members out and exploring the beautiful surroundings of Salthill.
