Welcome to Wilderness Activity Centre & Café, Port Macquarie's top community-owned and run family recreation centre. As the only facility of its kind in the area, we pride ourselves on providing a unique and educational experience for children of all ages.
During holidays, we are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment for group bookings. During term times, we are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:30pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm. We are also open on Sundays for group bookings by appointment.
On school days, babies under 12 months and adults enter for free, while children under 3 are priced at $7. 00 and children aged 3 to 12 are priced at $10. 00. On non-school days, babies under 1 year and adults enter for free, while children under 3 are priced at $9.
00 and children aged 3 to 12 are priced at $12. 00. We also offer a 10 visit pass for $75.
At Wilderness Activity Centre, we offer more than just a play experience; we offer an educational experience. One of our services is the 'Kids Crazy Maze OOSHC', an accredited service provider that offers Before & After School Care and Vacation Care Services. Our team of qualified educators ensure that your children are well taken care of while participating in a range of engaging and educational activities.
Celebrate your child's birthday at Wilderness Activity Centre with one of our range of DIY Birthday Party Packages. Alternatively, you can book your next Mothers Group outing at our facility and enjoy a delightful Morning Tea or Lunch at our Café (keep an eye out for our new menu, coming soon! . If your children have outgrown the Play Gym, we have exciting options for older kids in our Squash Court and Rec Room areas (details coming soon!

We are proud to support the great work that Aussie Ark does to preserve our precious endangered species. Join us for a range of fundraising events, including Disco nights, Movie Nights, Auctions, and merchandise sales, all organised and led by the children. Our COVID interrupted fundraisers will resume in December and take place on the last Friday of the month.
