At WholeHealth SwimBox, located at 37 Lutterell Way, West Bridgford NG2 6HN, you can enjoy bespoke 1-2-1 coaching, learn-to-swim sessions, fitness training, and more. Coach Wales offers quality coaching and stroke correction techniques to help you reach your swimming goals, whether you’re a beginner or an elite swimmer.

Booking a session is easy—just call 07592 507345. Sessions are tailored to your schedule, and a one-hour session costs £70. Gift vouchers are also available.

Safety and inclusivity are top priorities at WholeHealth SwimBox. They host safe, supported open water swim sessions at Colwick Lake, offering a welcoming and professional environment for all swimmers. Becoming a WholeHealth Member gives you access to all swim sessions, lakeside woodfired saunas, and community events. Membership costs £40 annually, with junior memberships available for £20. Members pay £6 per swim session, while non-members can join for £10, payable in cash or by card at the lake.

For beginners, there are sessions every Tuesday evening at 6:15pm, providing extra support and encouragement. The summer timetable runs from 1st April to 31st October, and the winter timetable is from 1st November to 31st March.
