Sessions are NOW FULL. The White Rock South Surrey Skating Club (WRSSSC) is a figure skating club located in White Rock, British Columbia. Established in 1967, WRSSSC is dedicated to teaching fundamental skating skills and figure skating primarily to youth aged 4 to 20 years old. As a member of Skate Canada, the oldest and largest figure skating organization in the world, WRSSSC follows the guidelines set by Skate Canada to provide high-quality coaching and training to its skaters.
The club offers a CanSkate Program for new skaters, focusing on developing basic skating skills before progressing to more advanced levels. Skaters with previous experience at a Skate Canada club can receive assistance in finding the appropriate program. Registration for new skaters typically opens during Summer, with priority given to existing club members for the following season.
WRSSSC hosts a variety of competitions for skaters participating in SuperSeries competitions, STAR 5 & Up levels, and Intermediate/Senior skaters. Skaters are encouraged to consult with their skater representative or coaches before registering for any competition, and to use specific information provided by the club when completing registration.
Follow WRSSSC on social media and stay updated on upcoming events, competitions, and registration details. The club acknowledges the financial assistance of the Province of British Columbia in supporting its programs and activities. Join WRSSSC for a rewarding figure skating experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.
