When it comes to equipment, Whitehart CrossFit has everything you need for a comprehensive workout. Our gym is equipped with top-of-the-line gear, including an Assault Runner, Concept2 Ski Ergs, Concept2 Erg Bikes, Concept2 Rowers, Assault Bikes, hex dumbbells ranging from 7. 5 kg to 35 kg, competition kettlebells from 8 kg to 32 kg, and custom sandbags.
We offer various membership options to cater to different needs. Your first class is on us, giving you the opportunity to experience our workouts firsthand. Our unlimited membership is priced at 90 per month with no contracts and a 2-week termination notice. If you prefer a more flexible option, we offer a block of 10 sessions for 125 or drop-in classes for 15.
Our timetable is designed to accommodate different schedules, offering classes throughout the week. We understand the importance of health and safety, especially during these times. If you're feeling unwell or showing any flu-like symptoms, we ask that you refrain from attending our classes.
Whitehart CrossFit also hosts a range of events, seminars, and training days to further enhance your fitness journey. One such event is our Lifting Club, held on August 29th, 2020. This one-day course is open to all abilities and focuses on improving Olympic Lifting technique. Spaces are limited, so make sure to register early.
