For those interested in participating, White Tiger Martial Arts offers Traditional Ch'ang-Hon Taekwon-Do classes every Monday and Wednesday from 7pm. These sessions are open to men, women, and children aged 9 and above, providing a comprehensive and authentic Taekwon-Do experience. Additionally, Children's Martial Arts classes tailored to children aged 4 to 9 years are available on Saturdays, offering age-appropriate training and fun-filled activities.
Teenagers and adults (13 years and above) looking to improve their fitness, self-defence skills, confidence, tone their bodies, or shed some pounds can join Kun Gek-Do Korean Kickboxing classes held every Friday.
