In the event that a player rolls out of play to make a play on the ball, that player is considered “out of play” until they return to the playing field with two wheels inside the restraining line area or the 100-foot semicircle line. 3.
An equipment inspector shall be appointed by the NWSA Board of Directors. They will be responsible for verifying that all chairs are legal and not modified to create an artificial advantage. All personal equipment must be inspected and approved by the equipment inspector before the start of a game. 4.
The offensive captain shall have the choice of the first or last bat. The losing team of that game has the choice in the next game. 5. The referee will be the only judge on the player's classification.
