Westport Fitness is a self-serve rural fitness centre located in Westport, Ontario. The gym aims to provide a clean, safe, and accessible environment for individual fitness training. Whether you prefer to work out alone or with a friend, Westport Fitness offers 24/7 access powered by the Kinect App on your phone or tablet, allowing you to work out anytime that suits you.

The gym is equipped with a range of strength training equipment, including single station machines, racks, benches, plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, and more from top commercial brands like Hoist, Precor, and Hammer Strength. For those who prefer cardio workouts, Westport Fitness has treadmills, upright bikes, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, and boxing heavy bags to help you raise your heart rate and improve your overall cardiovascular health.

Westport Fitness is open all day, every day, with no exceptions.
