Both in-person and online sessions are available, providing the flexibility to practise Pilates wherever you are. In-person sessions take place at the Pilates Works Studio in Weybridge, and online options can be arranged via Skype, Zoom, or Facetime. For those looking to integrate Pilates into the workplace, Kelly also offers corporate sessions.
To ensure personalised attention, classes are kept small with a maximum of 12 participants. All necessary equipment is provided, though you are welcome to bring your own mat or head pillow if you prefer. Before your first session, please complete a Client Enrolment Form to inform us of any relevant injury or health information.

My name is Kelly West, and I offer Pilates training and teaching through WESTpilates.
I qualified with Body Control Pilates (BCP) in 2012 and I'm a member of the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA), and I also hold a Level 3 certification with REPS.
I'm also an Oxygen Advantage Breathwork instructor, and my further training includes reformer, advanced matwork, chair and Cadillac, plus workshops and master classes such as Spinal Movement & Rehabilitation.
