West Oxon Boxing and Fitness Club is a family-run spot, welcoming everyone, regardless of age or skill level. It's a place where you can build strength, get fit, lose some weight, and of course, learn boxing.

John believes there's more to boxing than just what happens in the ring. It’s about bringing people together, boosting confidence, and chilling out. There’s a special session for the ladies too - a boxersize class that’s perfect for releasing tension using core fitness, bag work, and pad work.

The club has got fully qualified male and female coaches, all keen to help you smash your goals. The facilities are top-notch, with a full-sized boxing ring, different boxing bags, and the latest sparring gear.

For strength and stamina, you'll find battle ropes, skipping ropes, sledgehammers, slam balls, kettlebells, and free weights. John and the team are dedicated to keeping things safe and inclusive, and they’ve got all the right policies to back that up, including ones on bullying, equality, and health and safety.
