The Miniroos programme is designed for children aged 9 to 12, providing them with a fun and supportive introduction to the game. The Boys and Girls Academy is for players aged 13 to 18 and focuses on developing their technical skills and tactical understanding. The NPL teams, both for boys and girls, compete at the highest level in the state and offer talented players the opportunity to showcase their abilities and potentially progress to higher levels of the game.

Western Pride also has teams in the Senior FQPL1 Women's and Men's divisions, which provide a pathway for adult players who are looking to continue their soccer journey. Additionally, the club has Junior and Senior Metro teams, which cater to players of varying abilities and give them the chance to enjoy the game in a social and competitive setting.

The club's home base is located in Flinders View, a suburb of Ipswich in South East Queensland.
