Player with Western District Junior Rugby Club, simply visit our website and click on the 'Registration' tab. From there, you will be guided through the process of selecting the appropriate age group and completing the necessary forms. Registration fees vary depending on the age group, with prices ranging from $214 for U7 players to $269. 08 for U14 to U18 players.
Upon registration, all players will receive playing shorts, socks, and a water bottle. At the end of the season, players will also receive a playing jumper at our presentation event, along with a trophy to commemorate their achievements. The registration fee also covers player insurance and provides benefits for attending Brumbies' home games.
For those who wish to participate in training only, we offer a separate registration option. This includes insurance coverage but does not allow participation in matches or competitions. Training only participants must purchase the appropriate insurance for their age group.
We understand that financial circumstances may differ for each family. That is why we offer various assistance programmes. Families with multiple players can enjoy a discount of $20 off the second registration, and $40 off any additional registrations after that. Those facing financial hardship can apply for our Family Financial Assistance programme by filling out the Financial Assistance Request Form available on our website.
In addition, families who qualify for the Indigenous Sporting Grant Programme can find more information and apply through the provided link. We strive to ensure that every child has the opportunity to participate in rugby, regardless of their financial situation.
To make the registration process convenient, we offer two payment options. You can choose to pay by credit or debit card, or utilise Zip Pay for a flexible payment plan. Please note that a 2% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
