What karate classes do you offer?

We teach traditional Shotokan Karate for adults and children from 9 years old. Younger children can join our Dragon Ninjas classes, a great introduction to karate for ages 5 to 8.

Where and when do you train?

Our classes run at our Bathgate venue, and students can train at either or both venues depending on their schedule each week. Class times are listed in our Class Times section.

How do I join and what should I expect?

You can get in touch through our Contact Us enquiry form. Our classes are designed as a safe, family friendly environment, and our instructors and assistants have completed child protection courses and undergone PVG checks.
