Training sessions are flexible, held throughout the week at convenient locations. On Mondays, head to West Bromwich Leisure Centre at 7:00 pm. Tuesdays, find the team at Holy Trinity Church Hall from 6:30 pm. Fridays, sessions are at Saracens Martial Arts in Dudley, starting 6:30 pm.
Dave ensures that beginners are always welcome, with classes suitable for kids (5-12), teens (13-19), and adults. Families can even train together, promoting unity and teamwork. The benefits? Improved fitness, weight loss, and boosted confidence.
