Held every Thursday at the St John Fisher R C Church, Community Centre hall in West Heath, Birmingham, this class offers a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the art of Tai Chi.
Whether you're a beginner or have been practising Tai Chi for some time, we have two session options to cater to different skill levels. For beginners, the class starts at 7pm, providing an excellent foundation to start your Tai Chi journey. If you're more experienced and at an intermediate or advanced level, you can join the 8pm session to further refine your skills.
