I focused on Sport Injury Prevention and management as I loved the practical nature of helping others achieve their maximum potential. Manual Osteopathy has always appealed to me as it not only treats the symptom but also focuses on the underlying cause of the issue. I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, my Masters in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, and my Diploma as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist from the Canadian College of Osteopathy. In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, snowboarding, and playing soccer, as well as spending time with my family.
