Welwyn Garden City Ski Race Club

Sessions are held on Friday evenings from 7-9pm at Gosling Sports Park in Welwyn Garden City. These sessions generally follow the school term dates throughout the year. Booking for the training sessions can be done through the club's social media channels or by clicking the “Book Now” button on their website.

The club is based at Gosling Ski Centre and aims to promote the sport of ski racing through fun, skilful, and safe ski training. They have a dedicated team of coaches who work tirelessly to help develop their ski racers to reach their full potential. The club follows a set of guidelines and policies including the Club Constitution, Coaches Code of Conduct, Club Safeguarding Policy, and Athletes Code of Conduct.

Membership sign-up is available for skiers of all ages, from 6 years old to adults. The club also offers a range of club kits for members to purchase. They participate in regional and national ski race events organised by the Eastern Region Snowsports Association (ERSA) as well as Club National and Tri-Regions races. The club also encourages and advises skiers who are interested in competing in Alpine competitions during winter and offers guidance on training camps in the Alps.
