Wellness at the Beech

This is a little note from Rob, who’s been behind the scenes at Wellness at the Beech in Bracknell. He’s got some exciting updates that he thought you’d like to hear about in his own words.

Rob’s been making sure the place is top-notch, with no contract memberships and freshly done-up changing rooms. It’s all about keeping things modern and comfy for everyone.

The gym’s kitted out with high-tech Technogym gear, like the SkillMill and SkillRow, so there’s loads of different ways to get your workout in. There’s also specific studios for cardio and weights. And if group classes are more your thing, there are options like energetic spinning, all-body Aqua workouts, and toning Pilates – something for every fitness level.

There’s more than just the gym, though. Rob’s proud of the big indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, where you can unwind after a workout. The friendly team is always around to give advice and support, making sure you get the most out of your fitness journey.

You can also grab the mywellness app to keep track of your progress – handy for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or already smashing your goals.

For the timings, the gym’s open every day, with different hours. Weekdays run from 7 am to 9 pm, Fridays up to 8 pm, Saturdays 8 am to 8 pm, and Sundays 8 am to 6 pm. Don’t forget, the pool closes 45 minutes before the gym does. Plus, there are specific times for aqua classes when the pool’s off-limits – Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 am to 11 am, and Tuesdays from 6 pm to 7 pm.
