Join the fun at Wellgrove Farm Equestrian! Located in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, Kent, Wellgrove Farm is a British Horse Society-approved riding school perfect for riders of all ages and skill levels.
Our speciality? Children's group riding sessions every Saturday from 9am to 1pm. With classes tailored by skill level, kids will learn everything from riding at a walk, trot, and canter, to mastering jumps with our expert instructors. Each session includes a 30-minute riding lesson and a 30-minute pony care activity, all for just £35 per session or £300 for 10 sessions. Make sure to fill out a Rider Reg form and Conduct form before the first session!
For those who can ride off the lead rein, we also host sessions on Thursdays and Fridays after school from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. These follow the same engaging format as our Saturday sessions.
Summer months? We've got Pony Days! Running from 10am to 2pm, these sessions offer a lesson, a ride out, and some all-around equestrian fun. Just bring a packed lunch and you’re set. Book your spot by contacting us via email or text.
And there's more! Become part of our official Pony Club centre and join in on events, tests, and achievements—even if you don’t own a pony. We also offer fantastic services like riding for the disabled, hacking, horse and pony loans, school group sessions, birthday parties, and livery.
