Over the years, it has evolved to become one of the largest football clubs in the Northampton area. In recognition of its commitment to excellence, the club was awarded the prestigious FA Charter Standard Club Status in 2009. Additionally, since 2014, Welland Valley FC has been honoured with the highest level of FA accreditation – The FA Charter Standard Community Club award.
Welland Valley FC welcomes young boys and girls who are passionate about football, offering them the opportunity to play in mixed or female-only teams. The club caters to various age groups, starting from Under 7s and extending to Under 16s. All our teams actively participate in either the Northampton & District Youth Alliance League (NDYAL) or the Northamptonshire Womens and Girls Macron Football league (NWAGMFL), ensuring a high level of competitiveness and skill development.
