With the guidance of our qualified health, exercise, and weight loss coach, Prabal Arora, you can achieve your goals and transform your life.
Prabal Arora has over 14 years of experience in health coaching and 15 years of personal fitness experience. He is dedicated to helping you lose weight, get healthy, and become strong. With his expertise, he will ensure that you achieve excellent health and fitness, just like him, so you can live a long and fulfilling life.
At Weight Loss Studios, we also offer boot camps led by Prabal, Annie, and Siddhie, a team of three health coaches. As a couple, you and your partner are welcome to train together and support each other on your weight loss journey. We believe in the power of community and having a support system to help you succeed.
In addition to personal coaching and boot camps, we also offer health retreats. While our domestic and international packages are currently on hold due to the COVID-19 situation, we are excited to provide this opportunity in the future as conditions improve. These retreats will allow you to immerse yourself in a healthy and rejuvenating environment, focusing on your wellness and weight loss goals.
For those who don't live in Auckland, we offer virtual coaching. You can train in the comfort of your home and still receive the benefits of our coaching programme. Our virtual training sessions ensure that distance is not a barrier to achieving your weight loss and fitness goals.
