Weight Loss Consultation

Wellness Inspired, the Personal Training club in Patterson Lakes, is excited to announce our upcoming weight loss consultations! These personalised sessions are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and make sustainable lifestyle changes.

During Session 1, which lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes, our expert trainers will engage in an in-depth discussion about your previous and current health, lifestyle, diet, and exercise habits. This is a chance for you to share valuable information about yourself, and for us to gather as much insight as possible. We take your privacy seriously, and all information shared will be kept private and confidential. This discussion also includes a health screening to identify any potential risk factors related to changes in your diet and exercise routine.

In Session 2, lasting approximately 20 to 30 minutes, we will present you with our tailored outcomes and recommendations. These recommendations will be specifically tailored to your personal preferences and goals. We may suggest specific goal setting techniques or make small adjustments to your dietary, exercise, and/or lifestyle habits. Our ultimate aim is to provide you with guidance that will help you achieve the results you desire.
