Join us every Wednesday for our weekly run along our scenic routes around our beautiful city. We usually change the route every couple of weeks to mix things up a bit.
This is how it works:
* Maximum distance is about 9k to 9,5k
* There is a 3-5k option for beginners or ladies who like to run a little shorter
* If you are completely new to running, there is always the possibility to shorten the first loop or to walk a part of it
* There will be 2-3 pace groups available ranging from 5.00 to 6.30min/km
When: every Wednesday night
* Time: we meet at 6.15 pm for bag drop, introduction & warm up and start running at 6.30 pm
* Location: we meet on the stairs at the main entrance to the State Library (old building) at the corner Macquarie St/Shakespeare Pl
* Bag drop: we use the lockers at the Library ($1 per locker); please note: there are lockers available at both the new and the old building of the Library
