Children and teens aged six to 18 have the opportunity to enhance their singing, dancing, and drama skills at Stagecoach Performing Arts Yarm, a local Contemporary Dance club located in Stockton-on-Tees. The club offers weekly Main Stages performing arts classes that are specifically designed for different age groups, ensuring personalised attention for each student.
The classes take place on Main Stages level and cover a wide range of activities. Every week brings something new to the table, allowing students to have a unique experience every session. Our aim is to foster individual development while also encouraging collaboration among classmates, resulting in memorable performances that parents and guardians can enjoy.
Apart from singing, dancing, and acting, our students also get to explore various styles of music and dance. From musical theatre to street dance, they are exposed to a diverse range of genres. Additionally, they dive deep into the world of drama through engaging in role play, improvisation, and live performances. Witnessing their own progress and achievements is an important part of the learning process for our Main Stages students and their families.
These exciting performing arts classes are held during term time and conveniently run for three hours each week. The classes usually span around 12 weeks per term, offering ample time for students to fully immerse themselves in their learning journey. We understand that trying out new activities can be intimidating, which is why we offer a two-week trial for Main Stages (6-18 year-olds) at an affordable cost of £50. This gives students the chance to experience our classes before making a long-term commitment.
