Children and teens in Battersea and Balham now have the chance to immerse themselves in the wonderful world of contemporary dance through Stagecoach Performing Arts' exciting new event. This local dance club in London offers a fantastic opportunity for young dancers to showcase their talent and improve their skills.
At Stagecoach Performing Arts Battersea and Balham, students aged six to 18 can explore their passion for singing, dancing, and drama through our Main Stages performing arts classes. Held on Main Street, these classes are divided into smaller groups based on age, ensuring that each student receives the attention and guidance they need to thrive.
What sets our dance club apart is the diverse range of activities and styles that our students get to experience. From musical theatre to street dance, they are exposed to different genres of music and dance, allowing them to discover and develop their own unique style. In addition, our drama sessions focus on role play, improvisation, and performance, enabling students to unleash their creativity and build their confidence on stage.
But the benefits of Stagecoach Performing Arts extend beyond the dance floor. Both students and their parents or guardians can take advantage of our flexible educational framework, which allows each school to tailor their lessons to meet the specific needs and interests of their students. This ensures that each child's individual talents are nurtured and celebrated.
Our Main Stages classes take place during term time, outside of school hours, and last for three hours each week. The term typically runs for around 12 weeks, giving students ample time to develop and refine their skills. To give potential new students a taste of what we have to offer, we offer a two-week trial for Main Stages at a cost of £50. If you decide to continue with Stagecoach after the trial period, simply speak to the Principal of your local Stagecoach Performing Arts School to enrol.
We understand that affordability is an important factor for many families, which is why we accept Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare at selected Stagecoach schools (excluding Wales and Scotland). To access the Tax-Free Childcare scheme, you will need to apply and set up an account. Detailed information on eligibility and the application process can be found on the Government website.
