Join Vigor Coaching for their weekly running sessions catered to all abilities. The club offers 4 training sessions per week and welcomes newcomers to try any session for free. For those new to running, it is recommended to book a coaching consultation with Liam, who will discuss your training plan, goals, diet, and any other questions you may have. Additionally, attending a running technique session is advised to improve speed and reduce the risk of injury. Liam will film you using an iPad and provide immediate feedback to help you enhance your running technique. The session costs $100 for 1 person or $50 each for 2 or more.

On Tuesday evenings, the club hosts a session at Princes Park, Middle pathway at the end of McPherson St. next to the playground. The session runs from 6-7pm and is suitable for both recreational runners and those training for long distances. The session includes a warm-up run, stretches, personalised efforts based on your ability, an easy cool-down run, and stretching to finish within an hour. There is a place provided to lock your bikes and a car available to store your bags.
Thursdays offer two sessions at Collingwood Athletics Track. In the mornings, the Junior/Middle Distance session is held, and in the evenings, the Recreational/Long Distance session takes place. Both sessions follow a similar structure to the Tuesday session. Occasionally, sessions are conducted in Yarra Bend Park for variety during Summer. Bags can be left in the club rooms.
Lastly, on Sundays, there is a long run that starts at Collingwood Athletics Track. The group explores the Yarra river trails and park land, naturally splitting into smaller groups based on pace. Participants can turn back at any point, and the distance varies depending on the time of year. This run is suitable for those who can run 10 kilometres, and experienced marathon runners can expect distances of 30 kilometres or more. The club takes care of individuals who are unfamiliar with the area.
