You'll find a 50-station gym with top-notch equipment, perfect for a workout or personal training. There are three fitness studios hosting classes like Group Cycle and Zumba.

Love swimming? Wavelengths has two pools: a refurbished leisure pool with a parent and toddler area, and a 25m fitness pool for serious and family swimmers. The new health suite with sauna and steam room is also a great way to unwind.

Families with young children will enjoy the soft play area on the first floor. Parents can relax in the nearby café while keeping an eye on the kids.

Weekday opening hours are 06:30 to 22:00, and 08:00 to 18:00 on weekends. Check before you visit for exact times for each facility.
