Wave Ryders Surf School runs surf lessons on the Coromandel Peninsula from Pauanui, with group surf session times during the summer school holidays. It also offers surf camps and surf retreats. The school is set up for participants who can swim (or for kids who can stay in the water where they can stand) and follows safety procedures with a health declaration and indemnity waiver as part of joining surf coaching activities.
