Located just 7 km outside Dungarvan on the N25 main Waterford Road, it is easily accessible for both drivers and spectators. The layout of the track challenges drivers with tight corners and long straights, ensuring an exciting and competitive race every time.

Waterford Raceway hosts races roughly once a month, allowing drivers to compete in their respective classes and accumulate points towards the year-long championship. Drivers of all ages, from 10 years old and up, can participate in the various classes available, from the entry-level 1 litre class to the high-speed 3. 5 litre slick-shod supercar class.
