Assessments in the water, to ensure they have the competence to teach baby swimming. Step 2 Next, they'll demonstrate their ability to provide clear, concise instructions and maintain a calm and reassuring manner in the water, through role-playing scenarios. Step 3 In the final stage, our teachers will participate in a practical teaching assessment, where they will be observed teaching a lesson to a group of babies and carers, showcasing their ability to engage with both the babies and adults in the session. Only those who pass all stages of the training program will go on to become qualified Water Babies teachers.
