Step 2 Once they pass the wet interview, they'll move on to the dry interview, where they'll be assessed on their theoretical knowledge of baby swimming techniques, safety protocols, and child development. Step 3 After successfully completing both interviews, our teachers will undergo an extensive training program that includes classroom sessions, practical teaching experience, and ongoing mentorship from experienced instructors. Step 4 Our teachers must also maintain their certification through regular professional development and retraining to ensure they are always up-to-date on the latest best practices in baby swimming instruction.
