If you need to cancel your monthly payments, you can do so at any time. Simply get in touch with your local Water Babies office to make the arrangements. However, please be aware that cancelling payments might result in the termination of your child's swimming lessons.
Regarding missed lessons, Jane explains that refunds are not available. If your child misses a lesson due to illness or injury, you may be able to arrange a catch-up lesson, subject to availability. Again, contact your local Water Babies office for further discussion.
In the rare event that the pool needs to be closed for maintenance or other reasons, Jane and her team will do their utmost to offer a replacement lesson at an alternative venue and time. If that's not feasible, an extra lesson will be added to the end of the term to compensate.
