Can I change or cancel my Monthly Payment? Yes, you can change or cancel your monthly payment at any time. We require at least 14 days' notice before the next payment is due. Please contact our customer service team to make any changes or cancellations.

What if I miss a lesson? If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to offer you a catch-up lesson depending on availability. However, we do not provide refunds for missed lessons.

What happens if my child doesn't enjoy the lessons? We understand that not every child will enjoy swimming lessons. If your child is not enjoying their lessons, please let us know, and we will do our best to address any concerns and make the necessary adjustments. However, we do not provide refunds for lessons if your child chooses not to participate.

Is there a minimum age for baby swimming lessons? Our swimming lessons are suitable for babies from birth to four years old. We offer different levels and classes based on your baby's age and abilities. Please contact us to discuss the best class for your baby.

Can both parents attend the lessons? Yes, both parents are welcome to attend the lessons and participate in the activities with their baby. However, due to limited space, we kindly ask that only one parent per child enters the water during the class. Are the swimming pools heated?

Yes, all of our swimming pools are heated to a warm and comfortable temperature for babies. We ensure that the water temperature is suitable for babies to enjoy their swimming experience. Can siblings attend the lessons? Yes, siblings are welcome to attend the lessons and watch their baby sibling swim.

However, siblings who are not enrolled in the class are not allowed in the water during the lesson for safety reasons. Is there parking available at the swimming locations? Yes, there is parking available at most of our swimming locations. However, the availability of parking may vary depending on the venue.
