Washington Leisure Centre is a cracking spot right in the heart of Washington, opened in 2015 after a massive £11 million investment. Jo and her team are all about keeping the community active and healthy with loads of fun stuff to do.

There's a top-notch gym with 63 stations, kitted out with the latest TechnoGym gear. Whether you’re lifting weights or hitting the cardio machines, Jo’s got you covered. And if you ever need a hand, there are friendly Fitness Motivators ready to help out.

Prefer working out with others? No worries! The huge group fitness studio has a range of classes to suit different tastes. It's a brilliant way to meet people and get fit at the same time.

If swimming’s your thing, the 25-metre pool is a winner, along with two awesome water flumes. There's also a learner pool and sensory hydro features, perfect for all swimming levels. Jo’s team also offers award-winning swimming lessons and other fun water activities.

Football fans, rejoice! The new artificial football pitch has six five-a-side pitches and hosts leagues all week. They’ve got walking football, child coaching, parties, and private hire too.

After your workout, you can chill out in the health suite. And if you’ve got kids, they'll love the soft play area just for them.

Parking’s a breeze with free car parking on-site; just remember to stick your car reg into the tablets at reception each visit.

There are various membership options – be it gym, swimming, or fitness classes. And if you want something more tailored, personal training sessions are available.
