Fancy a workout? The gym is packed with Technogym gear and is fully air-conditioned. Jane’s team of friendly, qualified instructors are always on hand to help you reach your fitness goals.
If swimming is more your thing, there's a 25-metre indoor pool perfect for a few laps or joining in on some water fitness classes.
After a good session, chill out in the sauna. It’s the best place to relax and unwind.
Jane has also set up a fab range of fitness classes, from yoga to intense workouts, led by motivating instructors. Perfect for working out with mates or meeting new ones!
For sports fans, there’s a large sports hall with four badminton courts, squash courts, and even a soft play area for the kids.

The centre is open Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 22:00 and weekends from 07:30 to 17:00. Do check specific areas for their hours.
