Wanborough Junior Football Club, led by Matthew Strickland, has been a cornerstone of Swindon football since its founding in 2004. Initially serving village residents, the club now attracts players from across Swindon, all united by the “football for all” ethos. With over 150 young athletes ranging from U6 to U15, Wanborough Junior FC proudly holds FA Charter Standard status.
Backed by a team of FA Level 1 and 2 certified coaches, the club focuses on continuous professional development to ensure top-notch training. Wanborough Junior FC is committed to nurturing player growth, welcoming newcomers and emphasising physical training and teamwork to build a cohesive squad.

Membership is straightforward: a Full Season Membership at £22 per month includes training and matches, while the Training Only option costs £15 per month. Both memberships offer a full year of FA qualified coaching, access to 3G facilities, and necessary equipment.
The club’s pitches are located at Hoopers Field, Lower Recreation Ground, Liddington Recreation Ground, and Rotten Row. Directions can be found on the club's website.
