Our programmes cater to a wide range of age groups and skill levels. For children ages 4-8, we have our Ninja programme which focuses on fun, encouragement, and positive development. Through martial arts, we aim to improve their fitness and self-confidence while instilling discipline and dedication.
Our Cadets programme, for ages 8-14, includes kickboxing, boxing, and basic kali stick fighting. Classes involve pad work, light-contact sparring, fitness, bag work, and self-defence strategy. We emphasise self-motivation and teamwork, encouraging our students to develop discipline, respect, and consideration for others.
For adults ages 14 and above, we offer high-impact classes that include cardio workouts, pad work, bodyweight circuits, bag work, and more. Our adult lessons cover standard kickboxing, K1 kickboxing using techniques from Muay Thai, and boxing. We cater to all fitness levels and encourage our students to give their best.
We also offer sparring sessions for students ages 8 and above, focusing on the application of K1 kickboxing techniques. These sessions are free for all Cadet and Adult students, providing an opportunity to practise and refine their skills.
Our Women Only programme is designed to create a comfortable and supportive training environment for women. Led by experienced female instructors, these classes provide an opportunity for women to access martial arts without the added pressure or barriers that can come with co-ed classes.
Additionally, we offer No Gi Grappling sessions for students ages 8 and above. These pay-as-you-go sessions are separate from our kickboxing programmes and focus on the art of grappling.
