This beginner tumbling class is designed to develop strength and flexibility to learn and master front and back walkovers. This includes variations of these skills and combination skills. Flexibility is a large contributor to walkover success as such both are incorporated into this class.
Walkover session is suitable for students who are confident with back bend into bridge and handstand bridges. We welcome any students who may dance and want additional acro skills to attend this session.
Great session for our recreational athletes to progress their skill sets or our competitive athletes who have not yet learnt this skill to improve their athlete contribution to their teams.
