Are you the owner of Walk and Talk Club?

The Walk and Talk Club in London is a physical fitness programme dedicated to improving both physical and mental health. With three walks a week tailored to challenge participants, the club aims to help members achieve their health and fitness goals. This close-knit community of walkers is led by dedicated leaders who strive to create a fun, mindful, and stimulating experience for everyone.
The walks organised by the club provide an opportunity for members to escape the daily routine and enjoy a quiet, mindful walk in nature. During the walks, there is no talking to allow participants to walk away from stress and relax their minds while exercising their bodies. After the walks, there is an informal chat over coffee, which is a great time to socialise and catch up with other group members.
The Walk and Talk Club welcomes everyone, whether they are new to exercise or experienced fitness fanatics. The club believes in the words of Buddha, “To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.
To join the club, interested individuals can try one walk for free. If they love it and wish to join, they will be sent an enrolment form and the first term's fees will become due. Membership options include two walks per week on Mondays and Wednesdays, costing 160-00 per term or 460-00 for the year, or three walks per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, costing 180-00 per term or 520-00 for the year.
Before participating in their first walk, new members will be asked to fill in a health questionnaire. In some cases, a doctor's letter may be requested.
The Walk and Talk Club meets at various locations depending on the day. Monday walks start at 10:15 and meet on Norrice Lea at the entrance to the alleyway that leads to Lyttleton Playing Fields. Wednesday walks, also at 10:15, meet at Heathgate where the cul-de-sac meets the Heath and walk across the heath and in Golders Hill Park. Thursday walks, also at 10:15, meet at Kenwood on the lakeside of Kenwood House and walk around Kenwood.
The club follows term dates for their walks, with the 2022 term 2 running from Monday 10th January to Thursday 17th March, and term 3 running from Wednesday 20th April to Wednesday 6th July. Half-term dates are also provided for each term.
