Ride The Wairoa Gorge MTB Park, located in the Wairoa Valley near Nelson. The park features over 70km of hand-built single track trails with grades starting at 3 up to grade 6, including a mix of smooth, bermed, flowing, and more steep, rocky, loose routes. It is operated by the Nelson Mountain Bike Club for members and guests, with trail maintenance and accommodation run alongside a small crew and club volunteers. Intermediate riders will find plenty to enjoy.
