

Waikato SeJong Taekwondo is a martial arts club based in Hamilton, New Zealand. Affiliated with World Taekwondo and promoting Olympic Taekwondo, the club has been operating as a non-profit organisation since 2001. It is a registered Kukkiwon Member System Do-Jang, with the Do-Jang name being Waikato Taekwondo Club. The club is led by Head Instructor Master Benson Chang (4th Dan) and Instructor Master Paul Kennel (3rd Dan).
The club has a strong focus on promoting good sportsmanship and teaches the three core tenets of courtesy, honesty, and self-control. Each year, the club participates in the Taekwondo New Zealand Open tournament and other training activities in the field of Taekwondo.

In addition to regular classes, the club also offers a Saturday tournament focus training class, which provides specialised training for high-performance tournament purposes. This class is limited in numbers, and interested individuals are advised to contact Benson for more information.
Please note that there is no training on public holidays, and the club does not take breaks during school holidays. The summer break is observed between mid-December to January. All classes and trainings are held at the Fairfield Intermediate School gym, located at 261 Clarkin Road, Fairfield, Hamilton.
The club regularly updates its website and social media platforms with the latest news and achievements. For instance, they recently celebrated the exceptional performances of three club members at the North Island Championship, where Taniora secured a gold medal and a bronze medal in poomsae.
