Com Specific duties include but are not limited to: Manage the financial affairs of the Club, including keeping accurate records of income and expenses, preparing projections, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines Prepare and present financial reports to the Committee, including monthly statements, budget updates, and end-of-year financial statements Coordinate the collection of membership fees, sponsorship payments, and other sources of revenue Ensure timely payment of Club expenses, including bills, salaries, and event costs Maintain financial records and documents, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements, in an organised manner Assist the Committee in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, including internal controls and risk management strategies Competitions | JOHN SMITH Email | competitions. Com Specific duties include but are not limited to: Coordinate the organisation and scheduling of baseball competitions, including regular season games, playoffs, and tournaments Liaise with teams and clubs to ensure participation and adherence to competition rules and regulations Collaborate with the team captains and coaches to resolve disputes, reschedule games, and address any issues that arise during competitions Oversee the development and implementation of competition rules, policies, and guidelines, in consultation with the Committee and other stakeholders Communicate competition updates and information to teams, clubs, and other relevant parties, including fixture updates, match results, and disciplinary actions Liaise with the appropriate sports governing bodies to ensure compliance with their rules and policies in conducting competitions Publicity | LISA WILSON Email | publicity. Com Specific duties include but are not limited to: Develop and implement a comprehensive publicity and marketing strategy for the Wagga Baseball Association Promote the Association and its activities through various channels, including social media, websites, local media outlets, and community events Collaborate with the Committee and other stakeholders to create engaging content, such as news articles, player profiles, and event promotions Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of publicity efforts, including reach, engagement, and feedback from the target audience Coordinate with sponsors and partners to maximise exposure and recognition for their support of the Association Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation and visibility of the Association within the local community and beyond.
