In our Little Tigers classes, children will participate in fun and engaging activities that focus on developing their physical fitness, coordination, and flexibility. Our Young Warriors programme is designed for children aged 9–12 years old who are ready to take their martial arts training to the next level. In this programme, children will continue to build upon the skills they have learned in the Little Tigers programme while being introduced to more advanced techniques and training methods.

The Young Warriors classes focus on improving physical fitness, coordination, and self-defence skills. In addition to refining their Taekwondo techniques, children will also learn significant aspects of martial arts such as sparring, forms, and self-defence techniques. Through regular practise and guidance from our experienced Instructors, children will develop increased strength, endurance, and control.

In our Young Warriors programme, we also place a strong emphasis on character development. Children will learn the importance of respect, discipline, leadership, and responsibility. They will develop a strong sense of self-confidence and learn how to set and achieve goals. This programme not only prepares children to excel in martial arts but also equips them with valuable life skills that will serve them well in all areas of their lives.

Our Young Leaders programme is designed for teenagers aged 13–17 years old who are looking to challenge themselves and push their limits. In this programme, teenagers will be guided through more intensive training sessions that focus on building strength, improving physical fitness, mastering advanced techniques, and preparing for competitions if desired.

In addition to the physical aspects of Taekwondo training, the Young Leaders programme places a strong emphasis on character development. Teenagers will learn important values such as discipline, respect, self-control, and perseverance. They will develop leadership skills and learn how to be positive role models both in and out of the martial arts school.
