Welcome to Volleyball Welwyn & Hatfield Club! Located in Welwyn Garden City, we are a vibrant mixed club that warmly welcomes players of all abilities. Our primary goal is to provide a friendly and enjoyable environment where everyone can play the best volleyball they can.

We are proud to participate in various leagues under the Hertfordshire Volleyball Association. With competitive Mens, Womens, and Junior teams, our club offers players the opportunity to showcase their skills and compete against other clubs in the region. Our teams participate in league games throughout the season, which typically runs from September to April.

For those who are new to the sport or prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, we offer match play opportunities through the HVA X-league. This allows beginners to gain valuable experience and improve their skills in a supportive setting.

Additionally, Volleyball Welwyn & Hatfield Club organises an intra-club tournament each year, providing an exciting opportunity for members to showcase their abilities and compete against their fellow club mates.

During the summer months, weather permitting, we take advantage of the outdoor facilities at King George V Playing Fields to enjoy informal games. This provides a change of scenery and a chance for players to experience the sport in a different setting.
