From tiny tots to adults, we offer classes for participants starting from the age of 3 years and up. Whether you're a seasoned callisthenics performer or a complete beginner, our experienced coaches provide personalised instruction to help you reach your full potential.

Callisthenics is a dynamic and artistic form of exercise that combines elements of dance, gymnastics, ballet, and strength training. Through a carefully crafted curriculum, our classes help develop flexibility, strength, coordination, and grace. Participants also have the opportunity to showcase their skills in local competitions and performances.

Volaire Callisthenics College welcomes new members to come and try callisthenics in the upcoming year. We are offering the first two classes for free during the month of February.
