Volaire Callisthenics College is a vibrant and inclusive sports club located in the picturesque suburb of Maiden Gully in Bendigo, Victoria. Specialising in the art of callisthenics, Volaire offers a range of classes for participants of all ages and skill levels.
At Volaire Callisthenics, we pride ourselves on being a family-oriented club that values inclusiveness and teamwork. Our highly trained instructors create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can learn and grow both individually and as part of a team.
From tiny tots to adults, we offer classes for participants starting from the age of 3 years and up. Whether you're a seasoned callisthenics performer or a complete beginner, our experienced coaches provide personalised instruction to help you reach your full potential.
Callisthenics is a dynamic and artistic form of exercise that combines elements of dance, gymnastics, ballet, and strength training. Through a carefully crafted curriculum, our classes help develop flexibility, strength, coordination, and grace. Participants also have the opportunity to showcase their skills in local competitions and performances.
Volaire Callisthenics College welcomes new members to come and try callisthenics in the upcoming year. We are offering the first two classes for free during the month of February.
