Each week, new exercises, postures, and moves are added, culminating in a combo or routine that showcases your progress.
At VogueFit, we offer a range of classes, including Beginner Pole Fitness L1 on Mondays and Thursdays, Beginner Pole Heels L1 on Mondays, and Beginner Aerial Hoop L1 on Sundays in September. All our instructors are highly certified and have undergone extensive training under Tara's guidance for 8–10 years.
