Sandy had a successful career in the Financial Services industry before deciding to pursue her passion for helping others live life to the fullest. After facing and overcoming numerous challenges, including beating breast cancer, Sandy launched Vive Ut Vitas to share her knowledge about human potential and help others on their self-development journey.
Sandy holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and specialises in Change Management and its impact on individual performance. She is qualified to teach a wide range of fitness solutions, but her focus at Vive Ut Vitas is on Pilates, BarreConcept, and Dance Fitness. Sandy is also qualified in pre and post-natal exercise as well as breast cancer recovery through Pink Ribbon Pilates.
Family is of utmost importance to Sandy, and she finds joy and inspiration in her two children and her five grandchildren. Outside the studio, she enjoys gardening and pottery, highlighting her passion for nature and creativity.
