VITAL BASKETBALL – Les Estacades Academy is a basketball club located in Trois-Rivires, catering to athletes aged between 9 and 16 years old. The club aims to provide opportunities for girls and boys from all over Mauricie to develop and refine their overall athletic abilities, as well as specific basketball techniques.
The club offers a complete summer camp experience, with training sessions held at various schools in the region such as cole secondaire les Pionniers GOTHICS, Collge Marie-de-lIncarnation PANTHRES, and more. The camp is designed for primary and secondary school athletes looking to enhance their basketball skills.
In addition to the summer camp, VITAL BASKETBALL – Les Estacades Academy also offers private or semi-private training sessions to accommodate individual schedules. The club forms two summer teams consisting of athletes entering secondary 1 and 2 in September.
The ethos of the club is deeply rooted in the values of fun, individual development, teamwork, and instilling good training habits. Coaches focus on tailoring exercises to enhance individual technical skills while fostering a supportive team environment where respect and cooperation are encouraged.
The club's daily schedule includes gym access for individual practice from 8:30 am, with activities running from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Registration for the summer camp is open for specific weeks in August, with discounts available for multiple-week bookings.
